Payment
At THE SLOW HUT you can pay using Visa and Mastercard. In Denmark you can furthermore use MobilePay. Secure payment is ensured by Bambora. Payment can be done in DKK or EUR and is not debited your card until we ship the purchased items. All prices on the webshop are based on DKK and incl. VAT.

Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to refund this within 14 days of receipt. The item must be undamaged and returned in the same condition as you received it and must be returned within the original packaging. The right of cancellation no longer applies if the returned item has been used in a way that has evidently reduced its sales value significantly.
Before returning an item, you must contact us at mail@theslowhut.com Note that any expenses related to returning an item must be covered by you. Only the credit card used to make the purchase can be credited.
Complaints
As a consumer you have a two-year right of complaint related to defects and deficiencies. You must, however, examine the purchased item(s) for defects and deficiencies within a reasonable timeframe. The two-year right of complaint does not apply to the antique ceramics, as age and traces of use is what make them antique.
